Main Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the concept and creation of digital customer journeys
  • Responsible for the definition and alignment of a common style guide
  • Development, documentation, and implementation of design systems
  • Creation of digital screen designs, prototypes, click dummies, and assets
  • Strengthening brand conception by close alignment with key partners from marketing, brand, and other departments
  • Engages in cross-functional knowledge transfer within and outside of the UX team
  • Close alignment with research team to implement customer journeys
  • Software design, documentation, estimations
  • Providing extensive knowledge of general design patterns
  • Creation of guidelines for the design of UI for user interfaces
  • Design of user interfaces for new applications or pages
  • Taking care of the architecture and ensuring the team follows the blueprint by coaching the team members
  • Creation of Acceptance Criteria in support of Product Owner

Skills, Education And Experience Required
  • Typically a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and up to two years of experience.
  • Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Superior customer service skills.
  • Native German speaker.
