We are looking for a Service Desk Administrator (all genders) to join the IT Services team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
If you’re a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!
Your mission:
  • Provide a fantastic customer support experience.
  • Be a part of the team providing a single point of contact for our internal IT customers and assisting with their issues and requests (onboarding, hardware, basic troubleshooting).
  • Administration, installation, and support of Windows-, macOS- and Linux-based systems.
  • Hand over computer peripherals to employees as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing laptops
  • Address the issues of colleagues both onsite and through remote sessions.
  • Manage customer requests through Jira, Slack, and email.
  • Respond to incoming IT support requests via email, Slack, or in person.
  • Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
  • Be part of a global IT team.
Your heroic skills:
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in system administration and IT.
  • The passion for IT & high ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive mindset and a drive to identify and address root causes.
  • High service orientation and an ability to empathise with and understand the customer’s perspective.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in an international Agile Environment
  • Active Directory, AzureAD and Google Suite user management knowledge
  • Worked before in an IT environment
