Our client is currently looking for a Service Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) in Bochum or Gelsenkirchen.

About the Position:

The Service Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) reports to the Service Delivery Manager and is accountable for supporting the business in day-to-day operational accountabilities. In addition the Service Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) may coordinate, facilitate and oversee a variety of base operational projects, which contribute to business performance and delivery of a reliable IT foundation.

Responsibilities:

  • The Service Delivery Specialist (m/f/d) supports service delivery management and the service governance and process through collecting and collating operational performance data for service levels and KPIs and translating it into business information to inform and guide decision making
  • The role works with other parts of the organisation to understand performance management information requirements and build an appropriate timetable for the production of performance to meet schedules
  • Supporting governance meetings by ensuring performance information is available, analysing trends and anomalies, identifying areas of performance improvement and producing compliance reports when required

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of Leading, delivering and supporting infrastructure, applicaton operations and service management environments/portfolios
  • Performance management, quality & delivery assurance
  • Experience working with IT Project Delivery Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Service Delivery Teams
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Experience of delivery excellent written reports and presentations
  • Competence in planning, cost estimating, risk management, performance management and quality and delivery assurance
  • Excellent analytic skills and assessment of business requirements
