Your responsibilities

In the industry we are witnessing a transition to green value chains with Green Hydrogen. thyssenkrupp with its long-term experience in the electrolysis business has the right solution for scaled electrolysis solutions. In this new market, we are offering an exciting job opportunity in which you will take responsibility as a (Senior) Strategy Manager – Green Hydrogen (gH2) in developing global strategies, monitoring markets and business cases and accompany the business in the implementation of innovative business models and projects.
  • You will support the development of the global gH2 company strategy,
  • you monitor market trends and continuously align with the relevant departments such as product management, and business development,
  • furthermore, you do business analysis for strategic decision making and give advice to the top management,
  • you develop regional organizational go2market strategies worldwide jointly with business development manager,
  • you provide a long-term market outlook,
  • you develop best practices for internal business assessment,
  • you support identifying and establishing relationships to strategic partners and the development cooperation agreements,
  • you support business development with regards to strategic green hydrogen projects,
  • you are able to represent our company, products and services to customers, at fairs, symposiums, authorities and platforms.
Your profile
  • You have an university degree in a relevant technical discipline such as mechanical, chemical or process engineering with several years’ work experience,
  • you have proven knowledge and professional experience in developing business strategies and experience in a relevant field of the green hydrogen business such as green energy markets,
  • you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking,
  • you are open to learn in depth about our products and services.
  • As you closely interact with committees, governmental representatives as well as our internal stakeholders, you are a confident person with a compliant and trustful mindset.
  • Your team spirit and intercultural awareness supports you leveraging cultural differences in our international work environment.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and preferably in German as well.
