Position Overview

If you are a attorney with experience in commercial transactions and have a desire to expand your practice in an international and dynamic environment, this role is a unique and exciting opportunity for you to gain tangible experience.

We are looking for somebody who is eager to work in an international, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with a diverse team of colleagues worldwide at all levels of TIBCO.

What You’ll Do

Required Skills

• German qualified lawyer
• Ideally 3-5 years of legal experience in commercial law gained either in a law firm or in an in-house environment
• Pride yourself on your ability to make sound decisions on tight deadlines and find practical solutions
• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills, knowledge of another language is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and drive issues and projects cross-functionally and globally
• Motivated and proactive, with an eagerness to learn and develop
• Travel might be required from time to time
