How you will create impact...

In your role as a HR & Talent Acquisition Intern, you work directly with our founders to ensure that we find the right colleagues for our team as the foundation for our growth. Depending on your background and interests, potential projects for you might be in the following areas, among others:

  • Sourcing - Find talented & well-fitting team members
  • Screening - Prescreen incoming applications and suggest next steps
  • Onboarding & Support - Help new team members during the onboarding process and colleagues with HR-related questions
  • Optimize - We’re constantly growing & learning. When you see opportunities to improve our recruiting & hr processes: take ownership and implement them!

Your Profile...

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD-Program
  • Empathetic & outgoing personality
  • Hands-on mentality with a positive attitude and a hunger to learn
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in recruiting / HR from a previous internship or voluntary work is a plus
  • Fluency in English (as most of our existing team members speak German, German skills are also a plus)
  • Availability for at least 10 weeks (remote work is definitely possible)
