How you will create impact...
In your role as our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at edyoucated, you’ll join our world-class team of digital education experts to revolutionize how the workforce learns today with a fully personalized and joyful learning experience. This includes (but is not limited to) the following tasks and projects:

  • Work directly with the founder team in all recruitment-related areas: from ensuring a high level of data quality within our ATS, identifying and managing the right recruiting channels, to jointly defining the future roles with our hiring managers
  • Improve the recruitment, development, and sourcing strategy to help us build a world-class team
  • Strengthen our employer brand and ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Build and manage a team of recruiting working students, interns, and external recruiters while working closely with the founders

Your Profile...

  • Ability and experience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Extensive sourcing experience and expertise
  • Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
  • Real team player and an empathetic and open communicator. You are open to constructive feedback, both giving and receiving
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and high levels of agency and ownership
  • Self-motivated with the drive to create a lasting impact at edyoucated
