Job Description
  • support business strategy achievement as a key contributor to the continuous development of the Employee experience and Organisational development in Page Group
  • The HR Director leads and directs the HR & Talents team (HRBP’s, People Operations, D&I and Talent Development) to enable them to deliver a comprehensive and excellent HR service to the business
  • Employee engagement, productivity, and organisational development
  • Key responsibilities:
  • develop and implement HR strategies, policies, frameworks and initiatives aligned with the overall business and Page Group’s strategy
  • Partner to senior leadership, the country boards and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Setting objectives for the HR team to manage the entire employee life-cycle steps from Hire-to-Retire. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • Drive the Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility agenda
  • Nurture a positive working environment and apply Page Group’s continuous listening strategy effectively
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, take the lead on retention and succession planning strategies
  • Maintain pay plan and benefit program collaborating with the external providers
  • Drive and monitor effective and practical people development and training solutions
  • Manage HR communications to employees, managers and stakeholders
  • Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions and implement action plans by coaching and supporting functional heads and managers
  • Provide advice and support employees, management, senior leadership and stakeholders in all type of HR questions
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management and coach the leadership in terms of legal legal needs
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, etc.
  • Liaise with the local and government authorities for any HR, Social Security and other employment issues
  • Managing continued HR projects on demand

The Successful Applicant
  • Extensive experience within HR Management role within a multicountry environment, multifunctional teams and matrix organisations
  • HR management & business partnership experience in a high performance commercial environment will be highly valuated
  • People management experience is a must
  • Proven record of successful delivery of results and understand the need for an assertive and strategic approach to HR support business needs
  • Strong transformation experience, adaptive and responsive to waves of change internally and externally
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and HR budget management
  • Establishing strong credible relationships with senior leaders. Excellent personal interaction and behaviour which supports forward thinking, drive, listening and empathy
  • Strong leadership, management and communication skills combined with an ability to motivate varied employee communities
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Consulting and coaching skills, able to effectively communicate the financial value and future worth of person-centred HR policies to the company’s leadership, as well as communicate high-level decisions down to other members of the People Operations teams and the whole organisation
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills and concise presentation skills
  • Intercultural sensitivity
  • Accuracy and excellent quality management skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • Resilience and drive
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken), any other language skill is a plus
  • MS Office pack
  • Familiarity with HRIS and feedback & performance tools
