Your Role

As Head of Sales you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer & Co-CEO of KONUX.

Creating cohesive sales teams and resolving cross customer challenges will be key to succeed in this role. You will implement KONUX´s global customer strategy, to transform a highly-regulated, public sector industry, building high-performing multinational B2B sales teams. You will coach and lead these sales teams to deliver exceptional results whilst maintaining full compliance to public sector procurement rules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement and refine KONUX´s global customer strategy, balancing customer requirements with KONUX´s vision
  • Develop a joint transformational agenda to enable high-value sales, as well as a growth journey across the customer organization
  • Assure strategic alignment with the Heads of Customer Success Management, Solution Engineering and Product
  • Derive and drive Account Strategies alongside the respective Account Directors
  • Continuously improve the sales process
  • Manage and coordinate offerings and bid process
  • Provide hands-on leadership by coaching your teams to build trusted relationships (during long sales cycles) with safety-sensitive customers

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience leading multinational B2B sales teams, including
  • 2-3 years experience successfully leading sales teams through high-regulated, public sector tendering industries (such as railway, defense, aerospace, oil & gas or renewables)
  • Excellent communicator and strategist with the ability translate to high-level customer needs into account strategies and transformational sales processes
  • Track record of conceptualizing and executing sales strategies for digital transformation in public sector organizations
  • Experience of selling an end-to-end SaaS technology solution (hardware, firmware, software)
  • Educational background in the field of Engineering is considered as beneficial, but not essential
