Your mission
Are you passionate about climate change and moving the world to a more sustainable future? Are you comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! We’re looking for an independent, forward-thinking senior Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success Team.
How you’ll make an impact
At Plan A, you’ll be working with large, global companies to understand and reduce their carbon footprint. As a Customer Success Associate, you are the face of Plan A to our clients and the voice of our clients within our organization. In this dynamic and multi-faceted role, you are responsible for helping to grow and sustain the success of our clients’ services, fostering genuine and durable customer relationships on the basis of that success, and converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. Data-driven and operationally savvy, Customer Success Associates are motivated above all by opportunities to build, maintain, and expand customer relationships, relentlessly seeking to build operational success and leverage it into long-term partner retention and revenue growth. We are looking for someone to:
  • Become an expert on the Plan A platform: Leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge, innovatively resolve clients’ pain points and identify opportunities for future product development.
  • Develop a vision and strategy for each client you manage by assessing each partner’s strengths and weaknesses and assist partners in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Build deep and trusting long-term client relationships: Identify pain points, as well as opportunities for service growth and revenue generation.
  • Work with our technical teams to ensure client feedback is heard, and shape the future of our product pipeline
  • Collaborate with our commercial teams to provide support for new business opportunities
What we’re looking for
  • You have 2+ years of relevant work experience, including - but not limited to - roles in management consulting, a role on a sustainability team at a large enterprise, or prior experience in Customer Success.
  • You have comfort in working cross-functionally, aligning with sales and, product teams or customers at the biggest companies in the world to make sure our customers achieve their goals.
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, you may not be a Tableau expert, but you enjoy drawing quick, insightful conclusions from data, asking critical questions and quickly learning the ins and outs of carbon accounting.
  • Experience, or strong interest in, sales, negotiation, and generating commercial growth
  • You’re comfortable working in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real-time and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • English fluency required, Germany fluency strongly preferred
