You master the following tasks ...
relocation partner support

  • You are responsible for ensuring that our service runs smoothly every day
  • You communicate with our partner companies on an equal footing, negotiate prices and dispatch orders You react quickly, confidently and solution-oriented to problems
  • You will find the optimal path between internal productivity goals, customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of our partners
  • You will pursue issues through to the solution and work closely across departments with Customer Care, Daily Operations and our partner management
  • You take on administrative tasks
  • You give continuous feedback on our processes and services and make specific suggestions for improvement

customer support

  • You look after our customers and partners professionally by phone, email and chat
  • You have a talent for communication and convince with your sympathetic, confident and reliable manner
  • You are characterized by a high service mentality
  • You will find it easy to work on different tasks at the same time You know how to respond to the expectations of customers and partners
  • On the customer side, you will, among other things, process order changes and take care of short-term issues during the move
