Taxdoo is the automated platform for financial compliance in e-commerce. We make it easy for e-commerce businesses and accountants to handle VAT, manage financial accounting and ensure the fulfilment of compliance requirements. Our platform powers end-to-end automation for 1,500 customers and received the TAXCELLENCE Award 2020 for best tax technology solution.

Based in beautiful Hamburg, our team has grown from 50 to more than 100 since the beginning of 2021. With the support of leading international investors like Accel, HTGF, Visionaries Club and 20VC (see our feature on TechCrunch), we are about to further grow our team to more than 150 by the end of 2021.

YOUR ROLE

  • You are the first point of contact for marketplace partners
  • Establish and implement processes and structures
  • You work together with our partners for good and fast solutions of their requests.
  • You advise our customers on technical and/or tax issues.
  • Active partner management to deepen the customer relationship
  • Supervision of some Enterprise customers with a focus on their Support.
  • Internal networking task with the Product- and Knowledge-Team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial education (apprenticeship or university degree).
  • Experience in partner management or enterprise customer support/sales role in the area of an marketplace, ERP- and/or Shop- system.
  • Knowledge in the area of taxes or technical related areas are beneficial
  • Enjoy helping customers in a friendly and patient manner.
  • Talent and experience in building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills and a confident expression.
  • Seamless transition between German and English (other languages an advantage).
