Assistant Underwriter (m/f/d) Financial Lines Insurance

Your responsibilities:

  • develop and take care of relationships with brokers and clients
  • analyze underwriting information
  • ensure that appropriate terms and conditions are served
  • contract negotiation
  • cross-selling
  • support the launch of products in local languages of European markets

Your profile:

  • degree (law, finance or economics), commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • more than 2 years of working experience as underwriter assistant, junior underwriter or broker in financial lines
  • business fluent English (written and spoken)
  • language skills in other European languages and / or German are advantageous
  • computer literate
  • working experience with a start-up company or experience in developing new business / products is an asset
  • analytical thinking and judgement skills
  • proactive, flexible and efficient
  • good communication skills and team player
