Now our client, a successful Japanese trading company is seeking for its Düsseldorf branch a

Accounts administrator (m/f/d)
*contract will be limited to two years initially but comes with prospects for an unlimited position afterwards

Your responsibilities:

  • manage and post invoices
  • payment instructions
  • contributions to creation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • data and documents’ management
  • support in preparation for audits
  • administrative tasks

Your profile:

  • trained in commercial area, a degree in economics or a comparable qualification
  • relevant working experience in the financial sector
  • good knowledge of international tax law
  • knowledge of Import / Export affairs is preferable
  • business fluent German and good English language skills
  • good computer literacy
  • good communication skills and reliable working methods
