Now we are looking for enthusiastic people as Business Development Representative in Berlin, Munich and Cologne for our European headquarters company - Selleck Chemicals GmbH. Our European headquarters company - Selleck Chemicals GmbH is located in Planegg. As a member in our sales team, it’s a remote job for you. There’s no strict limitation in working hours. Outstanding talents have their own working methods, and Selleckchem prefer to adopt the most flexible management to expire all of your enthusiasm.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

- Represent our brand professionally and ensure that you lead a positive customer experience, and help build brand awareness;

- Identify current or potential customers for company products. Develop business opportunities and exploit potential market;

- Develop sales strategies. Daily contact with customers (phone calls, e-mails) and make regular personal meetings;

- Talk to customers to understand their needs and keep positive relationship with them. Collect market feedback and timely update to the company;

- Reach or surpass agreed sales targets. We require our candidate to develop this territory to at least €20,000 more than before in monthly sales, in order to meet metrics.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Strong willingness to develop new business;

- Proficient coordination and communication skills;

- Quick thinking, and have the ability to learn quickly;

- Local native Speaker level or proficiency in English.
