The Alternative Investment Middle Office team (NAMD – New asset management desk) is responsible for supporting Asset managers/ deal managers in all operational aspects relating to the investments onboarding, execution and life cycle activities. Team manages global high profile corporate, real estate, infrastructure, renewables debt investments through direct-investments and / or unlisted assets through external managers’ open-architecture strategies for e.g. private debt funds.

  • Supporting new investment onboarding activities with different stakeholders, review operational impact and if necessary, jointly define target operational processes
  • Coordinate and support deal closings activities, preparation of deal agreements, subscription documents, KYC, coordinate signing activities
  • Maintaining position and transaction data in internal systems, perform cash flow and other day to day transactions
  • Working closely with internal “New Assets” team – including deal manager, legal, tax, accounting, cash management, trustees and other AIM teams
  • Proactively look for process optimization opportunities to improve efficiencies, minimize risks and increase service offerings
  • Lead or participate in cross department or cross function project activities like of e.g. application enhancements, digitalization or automation
