The EHS Learning and Development Intern, based at Giga Berlin-Brandenburg, contributes to the field of environmental, health and safety (EHS) and support the EHS Program Manager, Learning and Development to drive the development of EHS training programs. A successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset in creating various learning materials. This individual will work closely with members of the local EHS team, Learning & Development, HR, and Operations to maintain a positive safety and compliance culture at Giga Berlin- Brandenburg.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop an understanding of the role of EHS in our organization
  • Create learning materials (e-learnings, presentations, reference guides, etc.) for EHS related trainings in German and English
  • Support in LMS course administration to keep training completion of compliance relevant trainings up to date
  • Develop solid understanding of Tesla’s Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Identify didactic improvements to training courses and programs
  • Improve own presentation skills and assists in facilitating EHS related trainings

What You’ll Bring
  • Pursuing a degree in Education, Psychology, Human Factors, or Occupational Health and Safety, Manufacturing Engineering
  • Good communication skills in both English and German are a must (C1 level minimum)
  • Capable of working in a fast paced and always changing environment
  • Proactive work mentality and a passion for training
  • Creative mindset
  • Sound MS office skills (specifically PowerPoint and Word)
  • Experience in LMS Administration, and/or e-learning creation (Articulate360, Rise360, etc.) are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong team player
