Your mission
  • You will post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • You participate in candidate sourcing efforts and help identify the right talent
  • You want to screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • You will work with our ATS to keep track of open roles and candidates
  • You will set up a strong recruiting strategy for attracting the greatest talent.
  • Design a lean and enjoyable process, which stays one of the best experiences in our candidates’ minds.
  • You enable and educate managers to be your best sparing partner on engaging our new colleagues.
  • You build long-lasting relationships with talent through networks and channels.
Your profile

We’re looking for a passionate person that would like to work in a fast-growing environment and that can help us tackle ambitious growth goals. Key R__equirements__
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting.
  • You bring a passion for tech and/or sales recruiting and an automation mindset.
  • You know life is good :) and have a positive spirit and impact on the people around you.
  • You have excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
  • You are a team player and are hungry to find the perfect match in a short amount of time
  • You like robots! :)
