Your projects

  • Your exciting mission: Building up our cross functional tech & product teams by hiring new Rytees
  • For the defined positions you are responsible for the whole candidate journey: from profiling with the hiring managers, conducting interviews, to contract offers and closing of positions with your negotiation skills
  • Through your research activities and alignment with the departments you develop sourcing strategies and decide for recruiting channels (active sourcing, social recruiting, job postings etc.)
  • You are responsible for supervising the incoming applications and the screening process
  • You love to connect with people in phone interviews and personal interviews
  • You are a self starter: candidate correspondence and the coordination of the recruiting processes belong to your daily business
  • You provide support for our managers and colleagues to train their recruiting skills
  • You like to be a part of other interesting, cross functional HR projects: e.g. creative employer branding projects for tech & product & data

What we expect from you

  • A completed university education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or professional education in a relevant subject such as human resources management, sales or similar qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in Tech & DevOps & Product & Data recruiting (experience in recruiting agencies is welcome)
  • You are still curious and open towards recruiting trends of the modern work environment and recruiting trends
  • You are a first class teamplayer
  • You love to work and develop people with an high level of empathy, a positive mindset and a outstanding service orientation
  • You have a sparkling talent in communication in german and english on a senior level
  • You are looking for a job in which you can work independently and immerse yourself in ongoing new challenges
