- Lead the scoping and planning of the Career Framework and Career Track deliverables of the E4P (Excellence for People) transformation
- Ensure requirements for the deliverable are effectively incorporated into the JA (Job Architecture) project plan and met within timelines
- Align with relevant stakeholders, including functional teams and business leaders, on dependencies related to Career Framework and Career Tracks.
- Conduct workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders to validate the enterprise Job Architecture in relation to Career Framework and Career Tracks, ensuring that the design meets the requirements and aligns with organizational goals
- Manage the definition of career tracks for Job Roles based on overarching skills and competencies. Identification of number of career tracks and required seniority steps per career track
- Proactively communicate and inform all relevant stakeholders, such as process, functional, technical leads, and project managers, regarding challenges that may impact other areas of the project. Maintain open lines of communication and foster collaborative relationships to facilitate the smooth execution of the project.
- Participate in quality management reviews to ensure that the Career Framework and Career Tracks, as well as related work products, meet the specified requirements. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to enhance quality.
- Support mapping future Job Roles to their respective seniority steps within the Career track
- Contribute to the definition and description of skills and competencies per level in line with Career Framework and Levelling Framework.
- Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
- Monitor the project variables (effort, scope, etc.) against the project plan to implement corrective or preventative actions.
- Establish risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks; report and escalate to sponsors as needed
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop internal communication strategies useful in ensuring communication between various departments of an organization
- Ensure compliance to project management standards, e.g. -PM methodology
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs; escalate dependency issues and co-create solutions
- Create transparency across key initiatives within the E4P Transformation (i.e., about project goals, benefits, status quo vs. initial roadmap, resource bottlenecks etc.)

- Strong project management skills & ability to coordinate cross-functional project teams from concept to implementation, ideally on an international scale
- Proven leader with experience leading complex teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills: demonstrate the ability to apply project management principles and methodologies in seeking solutions to project problems.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Creative mind with story-telling skills; able to develop effective communication materials to support change management activities for our portfolio
- Strong strategic and tactical skills with the ability to focus on the details

- Fluent in English; ideally in other languages as well
- A degree from an accredited college or university
- Project management certification or demonstrated project management skills and experience
- Experience in HR transformation with a focus on Job Architecture with the SAP Success Factors suite of products.
- Minimum 6-8 years progressive working experience in fast moving goods industry and/or consulting background
- Track record in project management and change management, preferably on a global scale in the HR and Talent space
