PURPOSE
This is a key role within Global Supply Chain Direct to Consumer (DTC) responsible for implementing global standards regarding SCM DTC performance management, monitoring this performance across markets and recommending improvement action plans..
This role focuses on Insights and Performance for DTC Supply Chain, providing insights and actions to improve performance or to solve complex business problems through detailed root cause analysis. The ideal candidate needs to be able to build productive cross-functional relationships to better understand and address business needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Explore insights and trends with the goal of identifying improvements to drive business and customer value with focus on experience and cost
  • Work with SCCT and reporting teams to create a complete analysis of key Global DTC SCM operational KPI’s
  • Provide actionable insights with associated root causes, resulting in clear trade-offs, enabling decision making to drive DTC SC performance improvement.
  • Identify, interpret, and share patterns and trends (including benchmarks) to key business drivers; turn findings into actionable recommendations to influence key stakeholders
  • Continually consider and leverage additional dataset sources to improve the quality of findings and insights
  • Facilitate with business stakeholder the definition of how performance is measured (KPIs) and ensure standardization of how it is measured and communicated in alignment with strategic direction (including project KPI’s)
  • Review, validate and identify appropriate targets by KPIs
  • Responsible for onboarding market and function SPOCs on new self-service report and/or drumbeat reports
  • Initiate and drive discussions with x-functional stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback, prepare, and align on actions / gameplan
  • Manage effective and timely communication on performance management based on an agreed drumbeat

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management or in the areas of business administration, logistics, planning, information systems from an accredited college or university
  • Experience with data analytics – operational or financial
  • Good understanding of supply chain principles and operating practices, logistics terminology, basic finance, and management of cross functional interdependencies
  • +5 years of relevant work experience in MNC
  • Prior work in business functions (i.e., Sales, Retail, eCom) is a plus
