Senior Global Business Process Consultant
What to expect:
  • Active involvement in a new process model’s realignment, upkeep, publication, and related process designs and process optimization
  • Creating and maintaining binding guidelines for group-wide process management, specifically for handling, design, optimization, and documentation
  • Developing and improving training and communication strategies for process management
  • Coordinating and taking part in the creation of a network for process management
  • (Partial) project management for strategic business process optimization in collaboration with the appropriate owners
  • Participation in the data structures and IT system optimisation for the Group
  • Developing, approving, and managing process documentation

Personal Requirements:
  • Successfully finished a university degree in economics or a similar field, such as industrial engineering or business informatics.
  • Several years of professional experience working for an international organisation in the fields of process management, process development, or process consulting
  • Solid experience advising and interacting with upper management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary control and management models
  • Strong interest in data management, analytics, and information systems
  • Independent, analytical approach to work coupled with effective communication and assertiveness
  • Reliability, openness to change and a high degree of teamwork
  • Proficient spoken and written German and English
