Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

What to expect:
  • For our domestic and international clients, we create SEA strategies and carry out projects on all pertinent platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  • To achieve marketing objectives, focus on sponsored search, display, and shopping efforts to create best-in-class campaigns
  • To make sure the SEA efforts are progressing successfully in relation to budgets and targets, campaigns should be optimised and monitored based on dashboard data and analysis of crucial KPIs like CTR, CPO, and ROI
  • Determine and incorporate market trends into SEA efforts that will have the biggest influence on achieving goals, then give them the appropriate priority.
  • Create written correspondence and reports for clients that demonstrate the evolution of performance metrics and serve as their point of contact
  • Work closely and cooperatively with other support digital marketing specialists. As needed, assign projects and guide junior consultants and interns with your knowledge
  • Support in pitch meetings to ensure continued success
Personal Requirements:
  • Business, marketing, computer science, or a mix of these areas as part of a university degree (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
  • Very strong analytical capabilities, demonstrated interest in working numerically, and very strong Excel skills paired with creativity
  • Having excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a thorough awareness of the needs and wants of customers
  • Capacity to spot new upsell prospects for your clients, together with a strong business sense
  • Proactive and creative mindset with a desire to continuously improve working procedures and everyday workflows
  • You take ownership of your job and your development, and you’re eager to take on new challenges and reinvent yourself each day
  • Absolute team player with a practical mindset, strong assertiveness, and an interest in digitization
  • Fluent in both English and German
