THE ROLE

As part of our continuous expansion, we are looking for talented digital banking specialists to support one of our fastest growing and most innovative business lines, Temenos Infinity. Business solutions consultants play a pivotal role in all sales engagements; we rely on their experience, functional know-how and ability to take customers on a journey by leading business discovery workshops, delivering impactful product demos, POCs, or through compelling storytelling to help guide and support them on their digital transformation journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales organization as a trusted digital transformation expert in engaging at C-level with new and existing customers in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements
  • Creating customer personas and customer journeys to create impact and interest around the solutions offerings
  • Working closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs
  • Acting as a functional expert and trusted advisor to help our clients on their digital transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a digital roadmap with them
  • Collaborating, partnering, and consulting with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank’s digital strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives
  • Supporting the RFP process to ensure that our solutions can be effectively applied to the clients unique business challenge
  • Acting a brand ambassador for Temenos by getting involved in marketing campaigns, public speaking engagements, generating content (blogs, articles, etc.)
  • Collaborating with various distributed internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales campaigns

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in working in digital transformation projects, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions / environments to the cloud
  • Knowledge of microservices, open-APIs, SOA, containerization technologies
  • Detailed knowledge of CRM and CX software tools and systems
  • Experience in Agile Software development and change management processes
  • Interest in the financial services industry; the trends, challenges, and innovations
  • Experience in a client-facing role acts as a trusted partner to C-level business and technical stakeholders
  • Is a thought leader and is passionate about driving change within an industry
  • Able to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving
  • A passion for technology!

  • An appetite for learning and growth
  • Excellent communication skills, a careful listener, and inspiring speaker
  • Fluency in English, other languages – especially German or Italian – are an advantage
