Sales Manager (all genders welcome)

If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, then this position is for you.

Your challenge:

  • Identification of potential customers in the OEM and supplier industry
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
  • Carrying out market analyses and competitor observations
  • Development of individual sales strategies to acquire new customers in close cooperation with the headquarter in China
  • Presentation of our products and services at the customer’s site
  • Company presentation at trade fairs and other events with a sales character, also in the form of lectures
  • Negotiation of contract terms and conclusion of contracts

Your profile:

  • You have experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or related industries
  • You have a good technical understanding; the presentation of complex solutions is no problem for you
  • You are familiar with the latest generation of smart cockpit solutions
  • You have strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • A high willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
