WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN?
- You will be part of the Engineering Group’s Industries eXcellence division, a division that offers Industry 4.0 compliant solutions to guide manufacturing companies toward Digital Transformation, worldwide, and along the entire Industry 4.0 Digital Thread.
- With strong experience in implementing and integrating digital tools, it facilitates the entire journey of adoption, implementation, integration and Digital Transformation of manufacturing companies.
- We have a team of more than 600 professionals with unique expertise in the industrial and service sectors in terms of technology and process know-how.
- Through them, we are able to offer a portfolio of solutions & services for consulting, design, implementation and commissioning of extensive integrated solutions, product integration, AMS services for mission-critical solutions.
- Also, in the more operational area, we support large manufacturing companies with expertise and solutions on business-critical processes related to manufacturing.
- We work on projects worldwide, within the Aerospace, Automotive, Transportation, Public Administration, Energy & Utilities, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharma, and Industry sectors.
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR)in our team, you’llsupport Sales Executives by setting appointments with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for delivering new business opportunities to the organization through lead generation via various channels e.g. LinkedIn, emailing, calling, account target-based approach and data gathering/mining. In this position you’ll work closely with the Sales team (Sales Executives) to meet the revenue targets and goals set forth by management.
Your responsibilities
You will….
- be responsible within your role for the EMEA and SEA territory
- be in charge of making the first contact to decision makers to gain initial interest in our services and to set up further appointments for our Sales Executives
- research, identify and establish lucrative target account contacts for our services through various channels like e.g. social media, emailing and calling
- partner with our Sales Executives to develop a strategic approach for meeting revenue targets
- maintain strong knowledge of our service and product portfolio through a commitment to ongoing training and working closely with our different business units
Your assets
You’ll have…
- excellent communication skills with strong ability to gain commitment of time from prospects for appointments.
- ideally a network and/or experience in various industries e.g. automotive, CPG, pharma, luxury, food, etc)
- the ability to manage large account lists for multiple Sales Executives, selling multiple services, throughout multiple time zones
- the ability to grasp new markets/products and concepts quickly and efficiently
- strong time management skills with the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks as needed
- the ability to motivate yourself and to work also self-sufficient but also a great team spirit
- 5+ years of experience in the role of a SDR or comparable
- Ideally SAP technology knowledge / experience (Track & Trace. Digital Manufacturing) to understand customers situation and needs
- language skills on business level in English and German
