We are looking for a Manager Data Analytics, Finance Insights (f/m/d)to join the Finance team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.

Your mission:

• Develop and optimise reporting dashboards for International Finance team to improve understanding of our KPIs with our BI teams
• Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders to create new data analyses in collaboration with other analysts
• Analyse and understand data relationships, attributes, data flow and data output to improve reporting capabilities
• Help build and promote a community of Finance Data Analysts across different functions to identify synergies and share learnings
• Engage with local and global teams to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and help to translate this into actionable insights
• Understand and analyse trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Cash-flow and non-financials KPIs) and providing insight and explanation to promote data-driven decisions
• Understand month-end and year-end close process to identify simplification opportunities and materialise process improvement
• Manage finance improvement projects end-to-end - scoping, manage project timeline, define process flow, keep stakeholders informed for timely delivery
• Foster collaboration between International Finance team by capturing the diversity of the business requirements to ensure a holistic impact of the projects
• Improve existing procedures; identify the needs for new procedures; train and advocate the team on quality improvements

Your heroic skills:

• 10+ years of relevant finance/ relevant experience

• At least 3 years experience in people management & leading a team in a fast paced, international environment

• Passionate about finance, data and generating insight
• You have a good knowledge of visualisation tools and experience with SQL/ data warehouse
• Top of the line analytical & quantitative skills, paired with hands-on growth mentality
• Nice to have track record in Finance project management
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Experience in partnering with business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
