Product Manager - Experimentation, Logistics (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager(f/m/d) to join our Logistics team to help us create a fast, reliable and transparent delivery experience for our customers around the world.

You will have the opportunity to shape the future of experimentation within the Optimization tribe.

As Product Manager (f/m/d) you’ll be leading theExperimentation squad, a newly formed team tasked with implementing new and current tools that will be utilized by other squads within the Logistics domain, as well as the operations department. Enable the Dispatching algorithm domain to enhance the Vehicle Routing Problem algorithm capabilities via discrete-event simulation and A/B test platforms!

Your mission:

• Responsible for managing a product in our portfolio of products that power logistics

• Prioritize and manage the work of a development team in tandem with a tech-lead

• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap

• Manage expectations of stakeholders from 30+ countries and be transparent on progress and priorities

• Build a strong vision, mission and product strategy

• Identify the biggest problems to solve. Drive new feature development from start to finish

• Stay current on trends, innovation and competition in a fast-paced environment

• Incorporate both qualitative/quantitative data as well as market research into the product life cycle (from ideation to launch and post assessment)

• Work with cross functional teams such as design and analytic teams to run user research, data-driven experiments and usability studies to inform product direction

Your Heroic Skills:

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven history of delivering results

• Track record of successfully launching and constantly improving innovative products, on web and/or mobile devices (iOS/Android)

• Data-driven professional with a strong business acumen, analytical understanding & problem solving skills

• Previous experience in algorithm or simulation domains is a big plus

• Proven ability to articulate complex and nuanced insights to a wide variety of stakeholders

• Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions

• Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills

• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or similar fields.

• Coding experience in SQL or another language

• A/B testing

• Experience in the Logistics industry
