The Pacifico Renewables Yield Group is a young and dynamic – yet publicly listed – independent power producer investing in Renewable Energy Assets. We are passionate about accelerating the energy transition and pursue the goal of building a large portfolio of renewable energy power plants in order to become a leading publicly listed market player in Europe. Our team is currently looking for an M&A, Corporate Finance & Business Development intern for two to six months.

In your role as M&A, Corporate Finance & Business Development intern, you will:

  • Be part of the M&A execution team - Play an active role at the company’s M&A processes incl. financial modelling, valuation, structuring and negotiation of transactions
  • Prepare (deal-related) financial models
  • Assess incoming investment opportunities
  • Conduct comprehensive market and sector analyses
  • Assume responsibility from day one
  • Work in a fast-paced environment alongside highly professional colleagues with background from Tier 1 Investment Banks

  • Passion for investing, financial modelling, capital markets and renewable energy
  • Strong analytical and technical skills combined with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Project Finance or Consulting
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • An entrepreneurial and performance-driven mindset and a team player mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German
