We are looking for a highly qualified Head of Controlling and Reporting for our global Procurement department. You will be working in a true matrix organization, being part of the CFO organization reporting to the Financial Head of the COO organization and be the Finance and Controlling business partner for our Head of Procurement. In that capacity you will be part of the Procurement Leadership Team.

What are my responsibilities?
- You will lead a team of controllers to achieve best practice through leadership, personal development and joint target setting
- You will be responsible for the optimization of controlling processes and tools, and continuous improvement of digitalization initiatives as well as continuously identify, with internal stakeholders, opportunities to increase procurement contribution to the Business Units and Corporate functions
- Ensuring close alignment with financial and technical cross-functions in the Business Units and Corporate functions
- You will drive budget and forecast activities in cooperation with Strategic and Tactical procurement, Cost Value Engineering and relevant cross functional Finance and Controlling departments.
- You will ensure governance activities such as monthly reporting, quarterly commodity KPI reviews, platform reviews, enterprise risk management and audit activities
- You will ensure deployment of reporting methodology, tools and systems into the line organization and cross functions, bridging the Procurement productivity view to Business unit profit, balance sheet and cash flow
- Ensure a uniform and aligned view on reporting guidelines, financial calendar and governance activities through proactive communication and lead of / participation in workshops.

- A degree within Finance, Business Administration or similar
- Significant experience within Controlling and reporting function in a global environment
- Proven track record of implementing Controlling and reporting standards and improvements
- Preferably with experience in procurement controlling or other procurement roles
- Excellent abilities in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, across a global organization
- A manager who drives projects successfully in a cross-functional and complex environment
- An empowering leader who thrives in an international environment and can manage intercultural teams
- A role model in collaboration and influencing who knows how to use our diversity to achieve outstanding results
