Your responsibilities:
- Perform and improve ongoing Customer Experience surveys and analysis, including NPS, all with an eye toward transforming data into insights to deliver actionable recommendations
- Work closely with our Customer Experience and Data team to enrich NPS survey data, analyse multiple streams of data to consolidate into one workstream/ finding and optimize customer feedback loops
- Conduct and execute qualitative (CX) research including interviews and focus groups
- Scope ad hoc research projects, select appropriate methodologies and manage research vendors for international and country studies
- Set up and monitor online surveys and take care of quality assurance of survey data
- Analyse market research data from ad hoc projects and create high quality reports / presentations with recommendations
- Consult different departments and stakeholders from various countries and lead Deep Dive Sessions to bring data to life
What you’ll bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in market research (client side or in an agency) with experience in CX Research
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Psychology, Sociology or related field (BS/MS degree)
- Strong analytic skills with experience in SPSS Statistics as well as analyzing data with Online Survey Tools
- Basic knowledge in Tableau
- Experience in conducting qualitative research (e.g. interviews, focus groups, online discussion groups etc.)
- High quality standards in delivering research results in written reports or presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) as well as Google Docs
- Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude
- High degree of self-motivation and positive problem-solving capabilities
- agile, action-oriented attitude and not be afraid to be hands-on with research efforts
- Strong written and verbal English is a must and one or more additional languages are a plus
