The CIB Governance & Control function’s mandate is to leverage JPM’s locally and globally established control and operations structures in order to maintain a governance framework for JPMAG, the ECB-regulated bank, which identifies, analyses and reports all risks and issues within Operations, Outsourcing and Technology-related processes (1st line of defence) across all lines of business of the bank.
