Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the operational processes of all customers within the Managed Services processing centre, ensuring that all contractual Service Levels are achieved.

KEY JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
Overall management of all customers business processes within the processing centre

2.
Support implementation process of new customers / new business

3.
Management and control of all operational resources to ensure production and quality targets are achieved for all customer contracts

4.
Reporting of all production and quality results to customers in accordance with individual customer contracts

5.
Regular customer service review meetings in accordance with individual customer contracts

6.
Management of local recruitment agencies for the procurement of contract staff in line with changing resource requirements

7.
Ensure that all staff (permanent and contract) have references checked before employment commences and Data Protection, Security and Money Laundering training is conducted appropriate to the role

8.
To manage staff effectively: to ensure that all staff receive regular appraisals and appropriate training and development; to ensure that they comply with all Company and work procedures including those related to Health and Safety

9.
Reporting of staff utilisation, work-stream and operator productivity to senior management on a monthly basis

10.
To work closely with the Technical Support group to ensure that operational problems, change requests and process improvements are managed effectively

11.
To comply with Company procedures as issued

12.
To escalate problems that will detract from the quality of service offered

13.
To undertake any other duties as reasonably directed by Management
