We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Consultant to join our team managing pharma customers in Hamburg. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
  • Find optimal multi-modal transport solutions to ensure prompt and safe delivery of cargo to destination
  • Customer channel management
  • Case Management
  • Customer onboarding and relationship management
  • Contract and dispute management
  • Administrative stream
  • Provide solutions for customer issues and act as voice of customer in the organization
  • Act and communicate proactively whilst keeping customers informed of relevant topics
  • Uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities which will be of value to our customers
  • Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure that agreed turn times are achieved for customer requests
  • Address root causes and seek improvement opportunities on daily tasks/responsibilities
We are looking for
  • Proven experience in customer service in Logistics/shipping
  • Experience as a freight forwarder
  • Experience with pharma customers will be an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and German is an asset
  • Customer first mindset
