Responsibilities
  • Managing all temporary hiring across EMEA Sales Service & Delivery
  • Partnering with Recruiters, Business Leaders and Hiring Managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy
  • Shepherding the time and resources at your disposal effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
  • Regularly report on KPIs and improve processes based on data insights or feedback received
  • Quickly solve potential escalations
  • Be the liaison between Tesla Recruitment and our external staffing partners
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Implementing required processes that will allow the partnership to work smoothly
  • Working cross-functionally to implement the partnership
Requirements
  • Previous recruiting and program management experience
  • Experience with agency hiring and workforce staffing
  • Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing Technical and Engineering talent
  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and quick decision making skills
  • Awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, additional languages are welcome (German, Dutch, French, Norwegian beneficial)
