Within our service line Digital Platforms & Experiences, we design and fully craft tailored digital solutions for our customers enabling them to get the most out of their business. We design and build a solid foundation in commerce, marketplace, responsive design, DXP and order management to name a few.
Your role
We believe that a strong bridge between technology and the business world is key for our clients to be successful with their digital business. As a client strategist, you will build this bridge for your clients and help them take the right decisions in their digital matters. You’re best when your’re:

  • Consulting your clients on how to use digital as a lever to accelerate their online/ ecommerce business
  • Building-up strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Monitoring the latest business and technology trends and distilling what this means for your clients and Mindcurv
  • Working closely with clients, feeling more like a team member than an external consultant
  • Challenging the clients’ opinion when necessary to improve quality of decisions
  • Talking business and technology language and building bridges between the teams
  • Acting as the client’s advocate within Mindcurv
  • Getting your hands dirty on client projects as well as Mindcurv-internal projects
  • Defining strategies with customers or gain a deep understanding of an existing strategy in technical as well as business environments
  • Preparing and conducting workshops and present your strategic recommendations in front of the client
  • Being in constant exchange with (Service) Delivery Managers to find the best balance between customer needs and realistic scope
  • Working with a team of fellow client strategists that support each other and are striving to constantly improve the quality of their work
  • Keeping in touch with the teams working on the implementation for the customer

Who you are

  • You can come from two directions:
  • Strategic and want to become a bit more technical (e.g. Strategy Consultant, Digital Consultant, Customer Success Manager)
  • Technical and want to become a bit more strategic (e.g. Business Analyst, Project Manager, Interaction Designer)
  • You have been in touch with technical details at previous projects and/ or are eager to dig deeper into that matter
  • You enjoy performing in front of the customer
  • You have gained experience within the B2B environment
  • You have a customer centric way of thinking
  • You like to think about the client’s customers as your customers
  • You are putting the team first and ideas over egos
  • You enjoy to constantly switch between the English and German language while surrounded by a bunch of other languages
