Brand Experience Coordinator (m/f/d)

Become part of the Brand Experience team and develop brand concepts in our key activation fields such as Sport and Music and support the team in identifying new trends and future strategies to maintain the perception of Hyundai as leading innovative and progressive brand.

We Want You To
  • Create hybrid offline and online strategies
  • Support in implementing a centrally developed sport strategy across all our markets
  • Enhance our sport strategy with e-gaming and e-sport concepts
  • Support in developing a music strategy and prepare the roll out of the strategy
  • Steer the FIFA football 2022 campaign in Europe
  • Support our markets in the implementation of sport, e-Gaming and music activation strategies
  • Create communication bridges between global and regional headquarters as well as the European markets of Hyundai
  • Establish a headquarter driven brand governance
  • Handle projects, including the setup of internal and external project structure, project management system, reporting system and budget control

Confidently taking the lead on small projects and initiatives, your excellent communication skills will come into their own as you work closely with stakeholders from across the business.

You Will Also Need To Have
  • At least 3 years of experience as Experience or Conceptual Manager or similar
  • Experience on developing concepts and implementing activations in 2 of the following key activation areas: Sport marketing, Music marketing, e-Gaming/e-sport marketing
  • Knowledge on how to create and connect offline and online experiences
  • Strong conceptual skills to develop holistic campaigns and activations
  • High standard of integrity with a passion for brands and commitment to nurture innovation themes
  • Entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and ability to apply appropriate ‘best practices’
  • Experience in project management in a brand marketing/ experience environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (our company language)
