Main duties and responsibilities
o To deliver the assigned targets as per expectations
o To activate new affiliated merchants
o To manage and develop active merchants to their maximum potential
o To follow the agreed working methods and sales tools
o To provide the training to the store staff for them to be able to deliver the best performance
Main KPIs
o GC development
o IR development
o RR development
o Churn rate development
o Calls per day/week
o Number of new activate merchants
Relates and cooperates mainly with
o Sales Manager SME
o Sales Support
o Telesales Hunter Representative
Background and Education
o Diploma as a plus
o Fluent written and spoken English and local language
o Min 3 years of experience in a B2B Telesales organisation
Specific skills and knowledge
o Good organisation and communication skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
o Excellent telephone manners and communication skills
o Ability to work under stress
o Solid understanding of customer needs
o Passion for customer service to create long lasting relationship
o Listening skills
o Full proficient in MS Office tools
