We at Mercedes-Benz put our customers in the focus of our efforts. We strive to create a luxurious customer experience at whatever point our customers come in contact with us - whether on digital or physical touchpoints. Our department is responsible to create this luxurious customer experience by developing a strategic target picture of the customer journey, by collecting and analyzing of customer feedback and by tracking global KPIs and consolidating performance data.


You want to contribute to the success of the customer experience and deep dive in the topics of customer rating measurement along the online and offline touchpoints? You want to gain a cross-functional and international insight into an exciting, global KPI-based target management? Are you interested in the topics of tracking and data activation? Then the advertised working student position in our department is just right for you!


As a working student, you will be a part of the ’Customer Experience Management’ department for all tasks related to customer rating measurement along the online and offline touchpoints. You will get insights on the feedback collection methodology, customer insights and data analysis. You will learn to work with customer feedback and integrate it along the customer journey. Besides that, you will support the Digital Performance Management & KPI Governance team in setting up the dashboards for the CX Platform for HQ and Regional stakeholders.


Last but not least, the preparation of and participation in meetings, committees and even events are key to communicate our efforts.


These are the exciting challenges you will face:


    Quantitative and qualitative analysis of customer´s feedback data Visualization of data and creation of monthly reports for management, regions and internal stakeholders Data analysis & high involvement and support for customer insights/external studies Consolidation of the global performance data of the Mercedes-Benz digital business for visualization in our central management dashboard Support projects in the area of tracking and KPI control, including the implementation of process automation Creation of presentations, development of project documents and communication with the stakeholders

Qualifikationen

    Enrollment in a degree program in Business administration, economics (with a specialization in marketing or data management), business information or in a comparable degree program; initial practical experience desirable (e.g., training, internships, part-time jobs) Very good knowledge of English (fluent in spoken and written), knowledge of German and other languages are a big advantage Confident handling of MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote) Use of PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools is an advantage Experience working with survey tools such as Medallia, Qualtrics or Survey Monkey is an advantage

    Distinctive competence in digital topics and understanding of data / data driven actions Knowledge about customer experience management and relevant marketing touchpoints Understanding of the customer insights and data analysis

    Start: immediately/flexible Working week: 20 hrs Duration: negotiable (from 6 months onwards)
