What you can move with us:

As a Technical Team Lead (all genders), you will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop and maintain high-quality optimizer solutions for software systems
Together with another technical team lead, you will lead the team, provide constructive feedback, promote a culture of continuous improvement and communication and thus form the interface of the optimization team to the other teams in the business unit
You further develop our existing optimization products and help shape the future vision of our solutions
In customer projects, you work with the technical team lead to form the interface to customers and their requirements. You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, design solutions for these requirements and implement them with the team

What you bring along:

Successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics/operations research or business informatics
Solid experience in software development from requirements analysis to final documentation
Solid knowledge in the field of optimization methods, e.g. mixed integer programming, heuristics; practical experience is an advantage
professional experience as a software developer, software architect, full stack developer or team lead development is desirable
Good knowledge of high-level languages (Kotlin/Java, Python) as well as basic knowledge of databases, GIT, XML, XSD, Docker and Kubernetes or the willingness to learn them
Ability to understand complex issues, get to the point and communicate clearly
Good to very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to work flexible hours due to customers in different time zones
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
