Your tasks
  • Process sourcing assignments incl. feasibility analysis
  • Evaluate sourcing tools & trends
  • Work closely with our recruiters and various internal stakeholders to understand the requirements of open vacancies
  • Devise strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future hires and research referral generation, talent mapping, events and active sourcing campaigns
  • Proactively communicate candidate needs to the team and generate appropriate actions
  • You will bring ideas and input that will positively impact talent pipelines
  • Participate in special projects depending on interest and workload

Your Qualifications
  • Completed university studies in the field of HR or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in recruiting with a focus on active sourcing
  • Sound understanding of search engines
  • Experience in using social/business networks e.g. XING, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook…in short: you speak Boolean
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Active Sourcing and enjoy interacting with people, representing RWE at international job fairs, student fairs and industry specific conferences.
  • Business fluent English, other language skills are a plus (preferably Polish or French and Dutch)
