Stellenbeschreibung: At a Glance: Our Talent (HR) team is expanding with the growth of On and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to help in shaping On’s people agenda through collaborating with the team on a variety of people related topics. This role is for someone who strives for efficiency, whilst continuously seeking new and improved ways of delivering people processes. Your Team: Being part of the talent team at On means to do things differently, we don’t do things just because they are what "HR does". Build strong, strategic partnership with the Leadership Team to develop short and long term mission, and support planning, development and implementation of talent strategies and programs
Help shape the organization and culture for future growth (organizational changes, leadership and people development) and work closely with the Leadership Team to accelerate performance and build future leaders
Act as a true partner for the business by advising managers and team members on people related matters
Partner closely with global Business Partner counterparts on larger global talent initiatives and programs
Further build and oversee regional / functional Talent Business Partner team and and act as coach to develop team members
Close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
Lead strategic people topics and programs that reflect and further impact the values and beliefs of the business, such as in the areas of Diversity & Inclusion, Well-being, Spirits, etc

Your Story:
7+ years of experience in an HR Advisory / HR Business Partner role in an international, fast paced environment
Experience in Tech HR
A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged
You enjoy being hands-on while having a strategic mindset
Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad variety of stakeholders
Ability to extract actionable people insights from raw information and data
Can-do attitude and an innovative way of solving problems
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Fluent in English
