YOUR ROLE

You will be trained and become responsible for creating state-of-the-art culinary experiences with attention to detail and passion. The Mandarin Oriental way.

YOUR DUTIES

  • cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish
  • preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety
  • raising ideas and innovations
  • ensuring minimum kitchen wastage

YOUR PROFILE

  • experience as a Sushi Chef
  • excellent knowledge of the Asian cuisine and culture

  • a harmonious and humble soul and attitude
  • excellent communication skills in German and|or English
