Your Team / Your Role


The team Supply Chain Planning is involved in all phases of software life cycle: definition, design, development, implementation, and maintenance. For that we take over functional as well as project management tasks in projects and possess ownership of IT systems.


You contribute in the definition and realization of the target architecture within our cognitive planning program. You build trusted partner relationships with our business, know the framework conditions, processes and exhaust technical possibilities with having an eye on future trends and IT capabilities. You are enthusiastic about what we are doing, work in agile teams and bring solutions to a global level.

Your Tasks

  • Organize the system support of SAP APO, SNC and OMP solutions
  • Professional support and operations of our legacy systems. Perform incident and change management process according to ITIL principles
  • Act as a technical expert and work closely together with other functions like logistics, production, BI & master data as module responsible
  • Support our digitalization projects and take over implementation of background jobs, maintain schedules and execute transports to our production environments
  • Participation in the maintenance and modification of existing standardized solutions based on SAP systems in Beiersdorf companies worldwide
  • Plan activities associated with implementation and maintenance of the application(s)
  • Oversee effort in testing, debugging and documenting application(s)
  • Assure technical documentation according to standards
  • Lead external staff efficiently

Your Profile

Business Skills

  • University degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in working on complex and agile IT projects
  • Experience with the implementation and operation of planning systems,
    • OMP
    • SAP APO / SNC
    • Llamasoft
  • Experience as project manager / subproject manager
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies for enterprise-level application development projects

  • Team player with analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both IT and business counterparts at all levels
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on business value generation
  • Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementations
  • Fluency in English is a must, German language skills are preferable
