Your Responsibilities
- You hunt and create new partnership in areas defined by company
- You develop existing partnerships to maximize sales results
- You identify and detect new trends in market that could be new opportunities for local or European opportunity
- You propose new profitable business concepts to fit our revenue target
- You work within the DACH Team, you will also support European strategic initiatives, working closely with your colleagues in other Regions as well as Project Management, Product Management and Marketing teams
- You are responsible for delivering the commercial targets linked to strategic partners, working in close cooperation with these partners to develop and execute their sales plans
- You have a university degree in Business, with an affinity for technology
- You are always looking for new opportunities and you are motivated by creating new business stream
- You have proven experience in business management, sales or business development, preferably within the transport industry with an ability to influence stakeholders
- You have strategic skills, a sense of priority, long term planning and research skills
- You have an analytical and critical thinking to align decisions with company / team strategy
- You have business intelligence to understand your own company, competitors and the market as a whole
- You bring negotiation skills and generating trust via active listening, collaboration and problem sensitivity
- You have Project Management skills and you are a team player, resilient, independent and self-reliant
- You have great communication skills verbal and written in English and German
- 30 annual leave days
