As Heat Pump Launch Manager your mission is to plan and execute the market launch of the new generation of Heat Pumps including the solutions offering and digital services. You are responsible for development, the international roll out and execution of go-to-market plans and take care of the internal and external training as well as the marketing concepts. The position is project based for 18 months, which allows you to develop in further roles within Viessmann.

Your impact
  • Elicit the user, customer and internal stakeholders needs for a transition from a product focussed to a solution focussed market introduction
  • Create a market launch plan based on the internal and external needs
  • Manage all elements of the product launch process including value proposition
  • Development and execution of go-to-market plans and internal organizational readiness
  • Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans
  • Lead regular launch team meetings
Who you are
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing and experience with the execution of go-to-market plans
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the Heat Pump solution offering
  • Highly driven self-starter, motivated, with excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate people and resources from multiple areas of the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German are necessary, French language skills are an advantage
