Senior Tax Manager (f/m/d)

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Main responsibility and contact in all tax matters (CIT, Trade Tax, VAT), tax and TP reportings as well as national and international tax audits with direct report to the CFO.
• Preparation of tax declarations and returns; support the leadership in all tax related requests, corporate governance changes as well as manage new tax projects.
• Management of all ongoing and deferred taxes and optimization of the tax ratio.
• Implementation of tax compliance along with tax risk management for all legal entities and branches.
• Improvement of our tax policy & transfer pricing strategy and resolution of ad-hoc tax and transfer pricing issues.
• Leadership role towards national and international tax service providers.
• Implementation of tax requirements in the relevant DATEV, LucaNet and ERP (MS Business Central) systems.

WHO YOU ARE

• Successfully completed further training as a tax specialist or degree with a focus on taxation and have gained at least 5 years of experience in the areas of taxation, tax law and accounting, preferably in an international e-commerce company.
• Proven qualification as a tax advisor is a plus.
• Profound knowledge of German and international taxation, especially for VAT regulations and considering applicable standards of German GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken).
• Experience with DATEV, LucaNet and MS Business Central is a plus.
