 In this role, you’re the voice of the customer and the driving force behind product innovation in our Payment Product Team Your strong experience in identifying, selecting and implementing payment solutions in e-commerce platforms allows you to build and optimise payment processes in our brand-new B2B marketplace. You will also actively define the future of our business by combining amazing customer experience, technological innovation and legal compliance in our Payment Integrations, and closely collaborate with a cross-functional dev team to do that. Staying up-to-date on what’s going on in the payment industry and sharing that knowledge with the organisation.

You’ve got
  • Plenty of practical experience as a Product Manager for Payment in an e-commerce environment
  • A Vision to build a smart Payment Service enabling a seamless checkout across various channels & countries
  • Strong experience in managing complex projects
  • Ideally already some leadership experience - leading more than 1 product team would be an example
  • Experience in managing several Payment Partner integrations
  • Experience in building Scalable Payment solutions across countries & services
  • Good understanding of importance of BI & Finance team collaboration - Data driven approach is key
  • Experience in collaborating with Tech Teams (UX & Engineering)
  • Aptitude to motivate inter-disciplinary teams with your positive attitude
  • Great communication skills in English, German optional
  • Experience with methods such as Scrum, Kanban and user-centered design are a plus.
