工作内容

What we offer:
  • Regular on site visits on our international sites
  • Support of 2-4 projects in parallel
  • Visit each project every 1-4 wks (each trip will be coordinated with the project teams)
  • Conducting site inspections & deliver reports after each visit
  • Check "showstopper" of the mechanical & electrical installation (matching current layout)
  • Identify possible deviations from current layout to component positioning guide (Feedback to Engineering)
  • Check overall mechanical & electrical installation quality (check of SUP quality control - most critical points / "Showstopper")
  • Conduct quality control of sample setups
  • Report installation issues based on factory & installation errors and define actions based on identified issues in Jira
  • Check installation progress against schedule and report deviations
  • Ensure mechanical and electrical system performance as per specification
  • Ramp-up and commissioning support
  • 3rd level Customer Service support and training
  • Ensure finalization of open points from each site visit
  • Support of the project teams / the regional SUP during the planning phase
  • Define installation sequencing & align with all interfaces
  • First Set up of the installation schedule
  • Definition of effort for each mechanical & electrical installation sequence (resources)
  • Define Specification for mechanical & electrical subcontractor
  • Conduct ETC´s (SME hours & travel costs)
  • Support the regional SUP´s
  • Plan complex reworks / changes
  • Train Supervisor / Subcontractor (How to realize reworks / PB´s)
  • Material Deep Dives (e.g. disassemble a junction, etc. )
  • Support conduction of the various handover
  • Ensure conduction mechanical & electrical installation activities per plan
  • Ensure mechanical & electrical sample set ups
  • Support Quality Communication (RPN, JIRA, CAPA, PB)
  • Clarify questions regarding the mechanical installation with Mechanical Engineering (drawings, etc.)
  • Clarify questions regarding the electrical installation with Electrical Engineering (drawings, etc.)
  • Training & Certification
  • Continuous improvement of our mechanical installation manuals
  • Training & certification of mechanical Supervisor (according the DPS Installation Manuals)
Tasks and Qualifications:
  • Takes responsibilities and embraces change
  • Good communicator
  • Business level language skills in English and German, further language skills would be beneficial
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
  • Must be able to understand and apply instructions from application and installation guides
  • Must have working knowledge of JIRA for tracking projects
  • MS project, excel and powerpoint skills
  • Experience with various regional construction codes and safety practices

  • Must be legally able to travel and possess legal travel documents
