Your responsibilities

You plan, optimize and monitor the corresponding IT infrastructure (LAN / Wi-Fi, central telephone systems and stores) and you are responsible for the configuration of the respective components
You are responsible for the implementation of fault and change processing in the 2nd and 3rd level support
You are responsible for planning and managing the commissioning of IT infrastructures at Esprit
You are responsible for planning the Europe-wide WAN connections (new planning and capacity planning for MPLS / DSL / SDWAN connections)
You coordinate external service providers and monitor agreed service level agreements for the delivery and rectification of malfunctions

Your skills

You have a degree in IT / business information technology with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
You have experience with IP-based networks (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VoIP, etc.) and with security solutions (e.g. firewalls, VPNs, IPSec, etc.)
You have product and configuration knowledge for CISCO and HP LAN / WLAN / WAN equipment
You have very good knowledge of analog, IP-based and MS Teams telephone systems
You have basic knowledge of network and client / server infrastructures
If you already have experience in automation and scripting, this would be an advantage
You have strong analytical skills
You are characterized by your high level of service and customer orientation
